Community Initiatives for Development in Pakistan (CIDP) is a Non-Governmental, non-profitable, registered organization working for the betterment of the society, with the social development objectives it is always struggling for establishing better working relations with the corporate and donor community. Our focused areas are livelihood, Climate change, women empowerment, capacity building, skill development, and human rights. CIDP is Consultative status with UNO-ECOSOC and accreditation with UNEP. Member of Disaster Resilience Forum- DRF (Sindh Chapter), Climate Action Network, South Asia-CANSA,WSSCC, Alumni member of Pakistan-U.S Alumni Network-PUAN.N-Peace Network-UNDP.
CIDP and me Sattar is fellow of UMAS USA (Civic Initiative under CSOs strengthening program 2019 Pakistan period Jun-July 2019).
Advocacy and capacity building of Bar council, Chamber of Commerce,
media, cooperate and private industries on women friendly environment at
workplace and govt Harassment law 2010. This advocacy campaign running under Gender Equity Program-GEP supported by USAID.
We are strong recommended and endorsed support the Ratification of Convention 190 on Ending Violence and Harassment in the World of Work.
